Support a diverse K-12 educational environment as a dedicated paraprofessional in a full-time contract role within a dynamic school district in Washington state. This position focuses on providing essential support to an alternative school setting and requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to enhancing student learning experiences.
Location: Bothell, WA
Duration: Contract through the current school year, with an immediate start upon completion of onboarding
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist a 1:1 student each morning at the alternative school starting at 8:15 AM
- Flexibly support other students by providing coverage or assistance in different schools if the assigned student is absent
- Maintain consistent attendance and professionalism within scheduled hours:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 8:15 AM 2:15 PM
- Wednesday: 8:15 AM 12:45 PM
- Potential for additional hours or Friday shifts based on availability and need
- Adhere to school policies and collaborate with educational staff to support student success

- Experience as a paraprofessional in K-12 educational settings, with a strong understanding of student needs and support strategies
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and student attendance patterns
